Derek was very knowledgeable about my Geothermal unit and diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part and had it replaced within 24 hours. Awesome Service! And let’s not forget Hunter who was first out here and realized that it was a geothermal unit and he is still learning. I appreciate his honesty and admitting that he is still learning. Derrick determines that the pressure switch on geothermal pump was not operating correctly. He replaced the switch and the pump now appears to operate as required.
