“We live outside of Columbus and have consistently been very pleased with service and staff at Advantage but weren’t sure if they provided service in the Greenwood area. An Advantage representative went to the house in Greenwood and assessed the furnace and A/C, then discussed various types of furnaces with us and provided various estimates. Advantage subsequently did replace the furnace and A/C at the house in Greenwood. We were very pleased with the entire process.”

I called Monday after noon, on the first really cold week of the year, to a company we have never used before, to request service. My call was transferred to Patrick who gave me an appointment for an exact time the next day at noon, and even apologized that he had nothing available sooner. I asked and was told the pricing in a clear way, and the name of the technician. Office staff was pleasant, professional and efficient.”

“The technician just left our house, and I can’t wait to come here and report the service we received. In a word: top-notch. It snowed today and the temperature has been below freezing point. Yet at about 6pm we found out that our AC was gone. The thermostat works OK but the heating system was dead. I found a blown fuse on the control circuit board inside the furnace unit, but my replacement fuse was blown right away. There must be a short circuit somewhere but I couldn’t find it. It would be 11 degree tonight, and we could not imagine surviving this coldness without AC. We found Advantage’s information from Angie’s list, called and left a message. We did not have much hope, because it was 7:30pm on a freezing Saturday. To our surprise, we got a call back within half an hour from a technician named Matt, and in less than an hour he pulled into our driveway. He found the short circuit and solved the issue. In less than 10 minutes, we got our heat back. He did not charge us for any materials or labor, just the emergency service fee which he had clarified over the phone. We are amazed by the service we got and their price is very reasonable. We will definitely go to them for our future AC needs.”
